Fragments of Self explores the body beyond its physical function, as a sensitive archive of identity. Through photography and textiles, the work reveals how both body and thought shape the self.
The textile becomes a second skin, carrying traces of lived experience, scars, time, and invisible imprints.
Together, the pieces show a body formed through layered fragments, where fragility, memory, and presence meet, and where the personal resonates with the universal.
Fragments of Self explore le corps au-delà de sa fonction physique, en tant qu’archive sensible de l’identité. À travers la photographie et les textiles, cette œuvre révèle comment le corps et la pensée façonnent le moi.
Le textile devient une seconde peau, porteuse des traces de l’expérience vécue, des cicatrices, du temps et des empreintes invisibles.
Ensemble, ces pièces dévoilent un corps constitué de fragments superposés, où se rencontrent fragilité, mémoire et présence, et où le personnel fait écho à l’universel.
